I Saw Three Ships (There are 9 verses in all) Note: The lines "On Chrismas Day", and "On Christmas Day in the morning" occur in every verse. The opening line is repeated as the "3rd" line in each verse (e.g. see verse 1): I saw three ships come sailing in, On Christmas Day, On Christmas Day, I saw three ships come sailing in, On Christmas Day in the morning.
2. And what was on those ships all three? On Christmas Day... And what was on.... On Christmas Day in the morning.
3. Our Saviour Christ and his lady, On Christmas Day... 4. Pray, whither sailed those ships all three? On Christmas Day... 5. O, they sailed into Bethlehem, On Christmas Day... 6.
